Dr. Ibrahim completed his medical residency training at St. John Hospital and Medical Center in Detroit, MI, before embarking on a successful career as a hospitalist. His leadership and medical expertise quickly propelled him into executive roles, and he became a key figure in healthcare management. However, his passion for aesthetic medicine never wavered.
After his medical group was acquired by a private equity firm, Dr. Ibrahim entered a noncompete agreement for direct patient care. Rather than stepping away from medicine, he transitioned into healthcare administration, joining Tenet Healthcare/DMC Health System as a Physician Advisor.

He later advanced to Ascension Healthcare, serving as a Market Physician Advisor for a 16-hospital health system—one of the top executive roles for the state of Michigan. During this time, Dr. Ibrahim also devoted himself to aesthetic training, working under a triple board-certified plastic surgeon to refine his expertise in cosmetic procedures.

With the completion of his noncompete in 2023, Dr. Ibrahim returned to full-time patient care, founding iBeauty Medspa, Center for Wellness and Cosmetic Surgery in Sylvania, Ohio, with plans to expand to Perrysburg, Ohio, and Bloomfield Hills, Michigan—his hometown. His expertise now includes advanced aesthetic and surgical techniques, specializing in:

Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Ibrahim values family time with his wife and children, balancing his commitment to patient care with his love for family and community.
